Dalmatian pancetta bacon is the proud holder of the designation of geographical origin and part of an exclusive family of protected Croatian autochthonous products. Woven from the mixture of smoke, wind and many years of experience, it has been an indispensable part of Croatian menus for centuries and a trademark of traditional Dalmatian cuisine.

TRADITION ON A PLATE
Drying and smoking over selected aromatic plants gives the pancetta bacon a unique colour and aroma, transforming it into a top Dalmatian delicacy.
Compared to prosciutto, for maturation, pancetta bacon requires a shorter drying time after the salting and smoking process.
