Pivac

Already a long time ago, in 1952, in the small town of Vrgorac in the hinterland of Dalmatia, the Pivac family started a small business based on the tradition of processing and drying meat.
Today, the Pivac Brothers Meat Industry is a leader in the domestic market, with an annual production of almost 300,000 cuts of prosciutto, of which more than 50,000 are geographically protected Dalmatian prosciutto. We are also the leading producer of Dalmatian pancetta and Dalmatian cured pork loin, which are also products protected by the designation of geographical origin.
The Pivac ham-curing plant near Vrgorac is the largest and most modern, not only in Croatia, but also in all of Southeast Europe.
