Our meat delicacies, protected by the designation of geographical origin, are a perfect combination of traditional recipes and excellent quality. The perfected conditions of the production process have made it possible to standardize the salinity and quality of the product.
To achieve the exceptional fullness of taste, we make maximum use of natural conditions during production – the bora wind for drying, smoking with white wood and the long-term maturing of the product in conditions inspired by old wine cellars.
